To report a breach of an Integrity Policy:

  • All complaints are to be submitted to Sport Integrity Australia (SIA). The SIA complaint process and forms can be found here. SIA will assess the complaint.
  • If the complaint falls outside of SIA's jurisdiction, it may refer the complainant to Australian Sailing or back to the Club. In the case that it is referred to the Club, the Club's pre-NIF Policy (Part C) applies. The policy can be found here with an explanatory flow chart here.
  • If you would like assistance at any stage of the complaint process, the Club can assign a Member Protection Information Officer (MPIO). For contact details of the MPIOs please call the Club Manager on 03 9598 0570 or email at manager@bryc.com.au
