Annual General Meeting - Tuesday 1st September 2026
- A Proxy must be received before or at the commencement of the meeting in person, or 24 hours before the commencement of the meeting electronically.
- All Committee positions are formally declared vacant at the meeting,
- Nominations have been received for all positions; however, all full members are welcome to nominate for Committee positions
- Any nominations must be submitted to the Secretary or Club Manager 14 days before the meeting (and attach nomination form).
